the reception staff was kind. the room included a kitchenette. there was a rooftop garden available in summer.

the paid air conditioner was noisy all night.

I loved the family-owned atmosphere! the reception ladies were very efficient and friendly. The room cleaning was quiet and conscientious. there's a pool and a fabulous roof garden for the summer months. also, i think there is probably the best breakfast available for just €5.00.

great location rooftop bar friendly staff extra charge elevator service loud noise

The location was AMAZING!!! I could walk to everything I wanted to see. The rooftop bar was also great! I really enjoyed having drinks up there in the evenings. The staff were friendly. They helped me find good restaurants.

The extra charge for air conditioning was annoying. I think air conditioning should be included. The elevator was frequently out of service. It was inconvenient, especially with luggage. The noise from other guests late at night was quite loud.

i liked the optimal location it helped me get around easily. the pool was also nice it was good.

the room was not cleaned enough i expected better cleanliness. the staff were not very helpful when i asked for assistance.
